Price list
How is a translation priced?
The basis for the quotation of any translation is the length of the text. It does not take into account the physical pages of the documents, but the characters with spaces. Sometimes clients are surprised by this quotation method, but it is regulated by law.
One billing page consists of 1125 characters with spaces in the case of a sworn translation and 1500 characters with spaces in the case of a non-sworn translation.
Our basic tariffs for Swedish are:
- 1 billing page of sworn translation from Polish into Swedish: PLN 85 net (PLN 104.55 gross)
- 1 billing page of sworn translation from Swedish into Polish: 80 PLN net (98.40 PLN gross)
- 1 billing page of non-sworn translation from Polish into Swedish: 65 PLN net (79.95 PLN gross)
- 1 billing page of non-sworn translation from Swedish into Polish: 60 PLN net (73.80 PLN gross)
Please note that these are basic tariffs and do not include additional fees e.g. express delivery, native speaker proofreading, specialised translations.

Sworn Swedish translator – how to request a translation?
Translation from or into Swedish – can you arrange everything without leaving home?
Yes, in our office, you can arrange the entire translation process without leaving your home. How do you do it?
Sworn translation:
- Send us a scan or high-quality picture.
- Wait for a quote and submit payment by bank transfer.
- We will send you the finished translation by scan or, if you need a paper version, by courier or parcel post. We also deliver to Sweden or any other country in Europe. Our sworn Swedish translator also has a qualified electronic signature. You can find out more about such a signature here.
